FDP was recently featured in the FCSI-The Americas magazine for our work in Spring Branch ISD for the new Memorial High School in Houston! Our Principal, Melissa Moore, designed the space for maximum flexibility including adequate storage space, prep and production equipment, holding equipment and serving counter components all which are driven by the menu as well as the population and participation.
